A write-up of my new proof of the Likelihood Principle is available here. I argue that this proof is not vulnerable to any of the major responses to Brinbaum’s proof. It is an unpublished draft, so please do not cite without permission. I will be presenting this paper at the Philosophy of Science Association 2012 Biennial Meeting in San Diego in mid-November.
Update: This draft has been superseded by this preprint of the paper, which is forthcoming in the British Journal for the Philosophy of Science.
